Renew
Join us every Monday afternoon from 1pm
Renew is a safe, open and welcoming space to come into. Whether you’re OK or not OK.
We’re here every Monday afternoon (except Bank Holidays) from 1-3pm.
Some call it ‘Jigsaws and Jenga’.
You can bring a hobby or activity to share if you wish to.
Or just drop in for a chat.
Come for a listening ear, or just for some time-out among others.
All welcome. Tea, coffee and biscuits available (no charge).
Free carparking. Level access and accessible toilets.
There’s an optional prayer time at 2pm for any who wish to attend.
And there’s always someone available for individual prayer.
Here are some things people have said about their experience of Renew:
‘It’s OK to bring your own thing to do, or not’
‘I come to meet people’
‘I feel safe’
‘You know you can come in and someone will notice if you need that little bit extra’
‘It’s successful in being what it says – that it’s ok not to be ok’
‘Someone is always available to listen’
‘We keep coming back’
‘Nice to be included’

Womes’s Breakfast

Women’s Breakfast
The women's breakfast is an informal event which meets from 09:00 - 10:30 every 2 - 3 months. Its an opportunity to listen to a motivational speaker whilst enjoying a breakfast of pastries, yoghurt and fruit with drinks. There is ample opportunity to chat with friends and make new ones. All ladies are welcome to attend. For more information or if you would like to come along to the next event, please email info@southwellbaptistchurch.co.uk
Men’s Curry Club

Men’s Curry Club
The curry club is an informal mens fraternal which meets approximately every 2-3 months, where we enjoy a delicous set meal in a local curry house, usually the Mughal Rasoi in Southwell. We are a group of Christian men, but we welcome any man to join us. Conversation is very varied, but football often comes up and is definitely not a theological symposium, but rather a chance for men to meet informally as a social. Now in its 25th year, please join us as we celebrate our silver anniversary and beyond.
If you would like to come along just email barry_westbury@yahoo.com
